The Mayor’s Senior Fellowship Program provides selected departments in the City and County of San Francisco with entrepreneurial professionals who have an average of 15-20 years of experience, primarily in the private sector. Fellows work full time for 12 months leading high-impact, strategic projects within targeted areas such as education, health, workforce development and the environment.
Now entering its fourth year, this exciting program is conducted in partnership with FUSE Corps — a nonpartisan nonprofit organization that enables local government to more effectively address the biggest challenges facing urban communities.
FUSE is currently conducting a competitive national search to fill eight unique opportunities in San Francisco which will commence in late September 2016 and conclude in September 2017. Fellows will be hired as City employees. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as hiring will be done on a rolling basis and specific opportunities may close quickly.
