Partners

The Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS)  partners with 25 local community-based services organizations, San Francisco Housing Authority, and National Council On Aging (NCOA) to accomplish all the goals of the SF Connected program.   Through the work of Community Technology Network, Community Living Campaign and Self-Help for the Elderly,  free computer classes are offered to seniors and adults with disabilities at 54 sites in San Francisco, including 9 sites at San Francisco Housing Authority buildings.  DAAS also partners with NCOA to develop an on-line community for graduates of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP).
